If i am PLUS user, should i happy on PLUS announcement yesterday??? Sure, i should happy, coz this is PLUS company first time give rebate or bonus to highway user (should called as payer)... Even though only a little rebate for off-peak hours, but it still consider as gud news, rite??
So, Dont blame Highway Toll again, they are business companies too, the objective of business is earn money... when rebate or bonus given, it is reduce d earning, rebate 10% means little for payers but it is a lot for companies... 10cents for each payer, can reduce the RM10k for company daily, 10k mean 300k each month, 300k can do alot of activities for company, such as highway maintenence, increament salary for company stuff, etc...

PLUS highway give rebate also not related to you, right? You're not using PLUS highway...how about the kuching toll...got discount? :)
As Malaysian, we should not seperate West and East Malaysia, we are same citizen, so if got gud news, hav to happy together, if got bad news, hav to struggle together... =)
*FYI, Kuching onli toll, never rise price from day one.
